SHIPPING POLICY
Processing times for custom apparel orders can vary based on the time needed to come to an agreed design. On average, this process can take up to 7 days as we want to make sure that we create the perfect design that meets your requirements.
For high volume orders, please note that delays can occur if we need to re-stock. We will do our best to keep you informed of any potential delays and work with you to find a suitable solution.
As a result, the total average time for an order can take up to 2 weeks. We understand that this may be longer than expected, but we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to provide you with the best quality product.

Custom rrders usually ship between 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If there are any delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems, outside our control we will do our best to inform you and get your product to you as quick as we can.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping is calculated based on weight of the product against the current carrier's rates. Expect 3-5 business days for shipping and 1 day for processing. Orders usually placed before Noon Mountain Time, will be processed on the same day and shipped.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most international destinations based on weight and the current rates the carrier offers.
Expect 8 to 20 days for international shipping since carriers can have a wide range of processing times.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gear Up Aviation is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@gearup-aviation.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Custom products cannot be returned since they can't be reused.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@gearup-aviation.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
